This is normal activity on our two backyard hummingbird feeders. The drought has severely reduced the number of wildflowers in the area, so the birds rely on feeders more than ever. We use about 3 gallons of nectar a week and fill the feeders daily if not more often. The hummingbirds will migrate to Mexico in October.
